When you complete the contact form we collect your name, work email address, company name, the service you selected, and the content of your message. When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs for each request: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and timestamps. These logs support security monitoring and site reliability.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile evaluates signals from your browser session to reach that judgement.
Where we rely on consent, you provide it by submitting the form, and you may withdraw it at any time using the details below.
We share personal data with the service providers who operate parts of this site on our behalf, under contracts limiting them to our instructions:
Beyond these providers, your personal data stays within Samaniz. Selling personal data or sharing it for third-party marketing sits outside our practice entirely. We disclose data to authorities only where the law obliges us to.
Our hosting and email providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed on servers outside India. We use providers who commit contractually to appropriate safeguards for that processing.
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people at Samaniz who handle it, through accounts protected by multi-factor authentication. Data in transit is encrypted. We apply the same access discipline internally that we describe to clients: named accounts, least privilege, and revocation when a role changes.

This site runs on static pages and uses cookies only where they are strictly necessary, such as the short-lived token Cloudflare Turnstile sets to complete a form submission. Analytics and advertising cookies sit outside our current setup. Should that change, we will update this policy and seek consent where the law requires it.
This site addresses businesses, and we direct it at people aged 18 and over. Where we learn that we hold a child's personal data collected through this site, we delete it.
